Personal canned message translation

Hi, in my test environment when I activate the 'Automatically send this message to user then chat is accepted' it always sends the 'Main'-version, not the translation (in my case fi-FI). Also, when using 'Try to detect language automatically' in widget embed code, I have to hard code ' var x = navigator.language; if (x = 'fi') { _l = 'fin/'; } ' to get the Finnish language. What could be wrong? I have PHP 7.0.28. -VeM-

Hi, the widget Embed code "try to detect language" is only for widget language not for canned response.

You mean when the chat is accepted by you?
Pro active message support the language tag, personal canned message support only tag so maybe you can setup tag as language or you can send manually the canned message or use the auto responder.

Hi, yes, it would have been nice to have a possibility to send automatically a quick message in the customer's native language before operator begins writing. We'll stay and wait for the feature to possibly come in the future smile -VeM-

this seems to be already supported.

Pro active chat invitation or auto responder.
You can find this functions on the settings of your live helper chat system.
