Installation does not complete

Hi i am try to install live helper on my db (Mysql 5.0.45) but he's not complete my installation. When i am click on finish installation the page return to te start config. On my host all pastes recived chmod 777 and all checks is ok (green). My db privillages is root. Can you help me?

Hi Peopleinside. I followed your suggestion and still can not see any errors. The installation simply returns to a first pending page to begin the installation steps again.

Yes i am try to use debug. But he is not informe any errors

What version of live helper chat are you trying to install?
Have you downloaded from here: https://livehelperchat.com/article/static/5 ?
Your PHP version is 7.0

Your chat URL is internal so I cannot check from my side.
I will ask to the chat owner if they have suggestion to give to you, reply can be not immediate in this case.
I will inform about this topic.

Hi

I`ve  got the same problem:  "When i am click on finish installation the page return to the start config"

PHP Version 5.6.31
mysql-server-5.1.73-5.el6_6

Is it possible to install the latest Live Helper Chat to my server?

You can try to enable debug: https://livehelperchat.com/article/view/58 and also check error logs of your server.

Your PHP version 5.6 is still supported at the moment but is the last "old" version supported.
The requirements page are not updated https://livehelperchat.com/requirements-84a.html

You should keep your server updated and you wont have issue.

Have you checked your PHP and Mysql? Are updated?
What version of PHP and Mysql are you using?

The following versions of MySQL are available:
MySQL 5.5
MySQL 5.6
MySQL 5.7
What is the recommended version?

PHP 5.4 is deprecated. No more supported.
Mysql i recommend 5.6 or 5.7
