LiveHelper Chat - Bitnami instances on either AWS or Google Cloud

Has anyone ever had any luck getting the LiveHelperChat from the Bitnami stack, and further hosted on either AWS or Google Cloud - to work properly?

https://bitnami.com/stack/livehelperchat
https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/B00YW7P62Y
https://console.cloud.google.com/launch … helperchat

I have tried on both cloud providers, and while the chat function seems to work, none of the widget or page embeds seem to work.

Anyone able to help?

Thanks,

Jason

Re: LiveHelper Chat - Bitnami instances on either AWS or Google Cloud

As a followup, I have two links to share

1 - https://www.w3schools.com/code/tryit.as … TI6XTBPW6Y (right click please, open in new window)

This is the embed code from a demo instance on the LiveHelperChat.com website. It works, for both support chat and chatbox

2 - https://www.w3schools.com/code/tryit.as … TI9FUIDCWU (right click please, open in new window)

This is the embed code using the Google Cloud live helper chat. Same as always - nothing.

BUT, the application DOES work - as you see here - http://35.203.110.216/ (right click please, open in new window)

Re: LiveHelper Chat - Bitnami instances on either AWS or Google Cloud

Yes, the FIRST embed code works properly. But the second does NOT

First embed code - Live Helper Chat
Second embed code - Google Cloud

Unless you can see BOTH embed codes?

Re: LiveHelper Chat - Bitnami instances on either AWS or Google Cloud

Oh I see,
you are trying to put an Embed code with an IP address that does not support a certificate.

As the certificate is not valid you do not see the widget work on a HTTPS website.
Try to load your IP app with HTTPS and you will get a warn.

Re: LiveHelper Chat - Bitnami instances on either AWS or Google Cloud

Ok, I was able to get at least the BOTTOM widget to load, but it will not work, it just spins and spins

If you are able to change the embed code from this one - https://www.w3schools.com/code/tryit.as … TI9FUIDCWU - and get it to work for both chatbox and support widget, I will be so happy

Are you able?

Re: LiveHelper Chat - Bitnami instances on either AWS or Google Cloud

jstobbe,
if you want your code work on a https website you need a domain with valid certificate, you cannot use an IP with an invalid https connection.

Regarding the load issue is all explained here:
Widget is not loading, it loads in loop ( X-Frame-Options )
