Unable to export the closed chats

I have noticed this issue since v2.76

Expected this could get resolved, installed a latest v2.79 on a new server and facing the same issue.

Both the versions are on different servers like Linode and Godaddy and I have the same issue while exporting the closed chat info to excel

Please help.

Issue resolved by checking the other post in the same forum.

Just installed PHP-ZIP and it worked great.

Issue resolved, you can close the case.

Hi Dennis,
in my case all is working.

Also seems your server get down when you try to export.
Are you on a shared hosting?

Are you able to reproduce the issue also in the demo https://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_admin/ ?
If you think you found a bug you can open a topic in GitHub but this at the moment seems not to be an LHC issue.

Installed PHP-ZIP on my apache and it resolved my problem
