live helper chat installation in plesk server

i installed the livehelper app in plesk hosting server which supports php, but it is not working.

Did you installed LHC from Plesk or did you download the zip package and installed it?
What version of PHP are you running?

Are you on a shared hosting?
Shared hosting can not have necessary resource for host a live chat also sometimes you can violate hosting terms and conditions.
If you want a hosted chat is available:

Seems some errors printed in your page talk about wrong path permission: this seem to be server issue not LHC issue.

I downloaded the zip file then installed on plesk.

php version is - 5.4.45
its hosted in shared windows hosting server.

also specify the resource required to run LHC in shared hosting environment

Well your PHP version is deprecated. You must have minimum PHP 5.6

ok just changed the version to 5.6,
