Two LHC installations with Wurrd on same server

We installed LHC+Wurrd in 2 domains on the same server. LHC is working fine on both domains and Wurrd installed fine also. We can connect to both installations from Wurrd and it shows as connected to both.
However at the second domain it's not changing the offline state of the operator. It works fine at the first domain (I say first and second since it was the installation order).
I've done the test offered at wurrdapp.com/diagnostics/testwurrd-lhc.php and shows ok

I've tried connecting to the demo on http://wurrdapp.com/lhc1 and same thing. Wurrd connects to server but it won't change the offline state of the operator on the site.
I've also tried deleting the conf on my phone and even uninstall and reinstall Wurrd but no changes...

Could you give us some hints to check??

oopss!! It seems the problem was that the user connecting from Wurrd wasnt assigned to any department!!
