I'm trying to set up an auto responder that sends messages like "Please Wait" and "Agents busy, we'll respond via email" after a set time if chat is not picked up. I tried setting this up in Auto Responders under Pending Chat Messaging, but the problem is even after the agent picks up and responds to the message, it still sends the messages after the set time. Im not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

Are you able to reproduce on the demo?
