Hi
I have build a website for a client and everything works OK except for the offline email notification. It appears to come to my email account as I set up live chat for them.
I changed the email etc under Logged user - Operator to use clients details so not sure what else I need to change.
Any help would be appreciated

You can set email preference under:
- settings, mail settings
you may want also check every deaprtment email address set and operator email.

Maybe you are not logged in as Administrator.

I'm logged in as admin and still do not have that option, as client is on 14 day trial, i'll get them to create a new account as they are going to upgrade to basic. That will allow the email to be sent to them

you are using an hosted version of live helper chat:
https://livehelperchat.com/order/now
On this version is possibile that email settings are not avaiable: you can edit your profile or you can edit departments info.
If you need support with your hosted account you can reply to the ticket you opened.
