Firefox Crash

Hi,
My company have just installed Live Helper for our small reservations centre. one of our operators is having trouble when opening the Live Helper page. Basically it just crashes and closes Firefox down. It works fine with IE,Chrome. The other members of staff are fine its just this one operator.

Im guessing its a Firefox config issue. If you know of similar please let me know to stop me having to do a long investigation.
