Pro active chat invitation not working..

Hi all, First off I love the script so far, however, the most important feature is not working for me which is the pro active chat. Now I followed all required steps and nothing, no chat comes up automatically even after the 20 seconds I set it for.. Please look at m,y screenshots and let me know if I did it correctly, thank you in advanced.

welcome in the live helper chat forum and thank you for your question also for the useful screenshot.

Why are you using the TAG?
Can you test the pro active without this TAG set?
You set the TAG only in the pro active tab or you put the TAG somewhere else?

For testing use the incognito mode of your browser.
