I am getting this error. again and again. some time by pressing refrsh page it goes but some time i have to multiple time do refresh.

Cannot connect to database. If you are installing application please use /index.php/install/install url. If you keep getting this error please check that application can write to cache folder and cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1

Well,
on shared hosting you can have issue installing a live chat software as this take a lot of resource, too much for shared hosting.
If you want to have a live chat in a shared hosting you need have the chat hosted on an external dedicated server.

The database connect issue is not relative to live helper chat but seems to be related to your hosting resource limits smile
