Allow User to see Only a Specific Operator Online

Hi, is there any way to allow a Role to see only a Specific User (the Admin for example) and start a Chat with him?
I cannot use

Allow user to see logged operators list, only from his department
Allow user to see logged operators list, not only from his department

cause this Role should not be able to chat with other Users but only with the Admin.

Alternatively is there any way to Deny a Role to chat to a Specific Users?

Sorry, you cannot choose to allow to chat just with a specific operator, at the moment.
You can only set department so user can select the right department.
If you want request this as new feature you need open a GitHub topic request but maybe this will be not implemented soon.
If you really need this for your business you can consider to ask to pay something for asking to implement more fast or you can also consider to try to contact the commercial support.

BUT

from your message content seems you are asking to allow an operator to chat with only a specific operator:
in this case you can set this two operator or operator and admin to be assigned at the same department than allow the operator to see only operators of his same department.
There is no a specific function to allow an operator to chat with only a specific operator.

sorry but what you are asking is out from the scope of my free limited support.

You can happy css in widget template or in admin theme but I do not think css may help you a lot for your needs.

I recently install 2.98v of LHC and made all steps describe here

I can see the "online users" tab, but, i can't see any user. On the previews versions, i was able to view every user that was logged (online and offline) with same configurations that i have now.
Something change on this version ?

The issue should be fixed, you need to replace again all files as you can see some important commit has been released:

Well, did not work, but i don't replace all files. I make it as if i am "updating" to a new version. You want that i am really "replace all files" ?

Edit: Now, i realize that i download the files from the wrong place. Wait for some news.

Hi dude. It not fix the problem. I downloaded the code directly from the github, and now, the visitors can't start chat from the widget. I Will download form the right link. Thanks a lot.

Edit: Now, the things get really weird. The "Start Chat" button is "enabled", but when you click to "start a chat", the chat don't start, and the chat don't nothing appear on the dashboard pannel as a pendind chat. I'm thinking to make a downgrade to version 2.97 or 2.96, is that possible ?

And now, when i try to open a chat, on the "chat list", i get this error message:
SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1176 Key 'dep_id_status' doesn't exist in table 'lh_chat'

You should upgrade to 2.98 who is the last version.
Also every time before made changes, upgrade you need made a full backup database and folder for resume the install in case of issues.

Check if a new clean install give problems.
Do not use a PHP version older than 5.6
