Hello,
I would need to display the statistics of Departments ONLY for users assigned to this department.
I tried to create new Roles (Allow user to see departments statistic and I assign the user to the department. But when I try to check the stats there is all the departments and all the users (even outside of dpt) in the dropdown.
Thank you to clear me how to adjust the thing.

yes it is, as much you can imagine ^_^
he can maybe give priority to commercial question...
if remdex should help users here, work (do his job life) than also programming live helper chat and manage website, server etc...
the time is not enougth.
IT depends also on the type of email you sent.
Again email is only for commercial support
In any case I cannot assist you in what is commercial support because I do not have the

Maybe remdex still be busy in this hours... his has also a job outside of live helper chat project.
You need to wait. If you send an email you can check the email has been sent.

Is not the chat list the issue is statistics under settings menu of the chat.
I tested in a clean install of LHC what you are asking.
In that install I setup another secondary department.
Default department was assigned to the administrator,
Operator department was assigned to an Operator profile that I created, inserted into Operators group and assigned to department Operator.
I logged in as Operator and I was not able to see any statistics of not assigned department also if you open the chat list where you are able to select also not assigned department.. but operator see all empty cannot see any statics about that department unassigned to him.
If in your install the issue persist you can try to see if I AM online and chat with me.
In a clean install what you are reporting (Operator are able to see statistic also for unassigned department) seem is not present.

because in the official demo of live helper chat operator rule and group is missed ...
and I request to the chat owner to consider to insert the role/group Operator also in the demo.

I have tested for you as seems you are really looking for that function.
Default Operator rule are not allowed to see any statistics,
you need authorize them using permission system
but actually you can only allow the operator to see all department statistics
so your request is to add a permission like "operator able to see his assigned department statistic"
At the moment this is not supported,
maybe can be developed quickly if some donation are made, for that needs to hear the chat owner
or maybe if is easy and quick to implement this can be fixed soon, for you.
