Re: Any way to track if user has closed browser

Hi raj.sharma
You can know when user has closed the chat window
because the top icon where you see the green man is grey when user has left or closed chat.
If you ant know if this visitor is alredy in the website you can go on online user and looked for the same IP, if the row is green or blue visitor is still on the site, if not is not green or blue.

Hope it helps.

Re: Any way to track if user has closed browser

Hey Marco
Thanks for your input, but what I am looking is different scenario let me explain it
Suppose a visitor comes to my site and he has chatted and left then it will be treated as grey, but now same user if is online on my site should be treated as online visitor irrespective of how long he is sitting idle and once he closes the window then he should be treated as offline visitor.
Thanks

Re: Any way to track if user has closed browser

Well, that's different type of online/offline. Like green status indicates has user closed chat window or not. Perhaps if you fill github feature request it could be added in chat window as separate indication. Like in genreal we have this information in online visitors list. Just at the moment you should be able manually find user in online visitors list.
