Hello!
i am using live helper chat
i was using invitaion for online users
it works fine
but when i change in xmpp and department
now its not working.

and second thing admin is online but client after sending message get this notification "There are no online operators at the moment, please leave a message"

Sorry, but really no idea. It's just your mis-configuraiton there. There is commercial support 20$/h

it was due to geo location problem.... well i have done it.

Hi Marco, as I posted before I got similar issue, website users can see live chat online if any of the operator users login to chat console but while opening the chat window from website it will display "There are no online operators at the moment, please leave a message"

I have checked all option specified on https://forum.livehelperchat.com/viewtopic.php?id=893 and https://livehelperchat.com/i-m-offline- … -331a.html.
chat console users can chat each other and they can see the visitor too. but visitor cant chat with console user.
we have enabled geo adjustment option and left it without configuring. we have disabled geo adjustment and solved the issue. we got the hint from Zeeshan's post to check geo options.

Hi jomcy,
if I have understood well you have the issue the live chat is offline when operator are online.

Do you have other issues not solved?
Please check when the operator is online is assigned to the department.
You can do in the operator profile.
Assigend Department - you can see in the demo -

Also check in the department

open the department and check the option disabled and hidden is deactivate.

If you continue to have the issue I suggest to do a new install and not edit any settings.
The default settings should work fine.

Sorry but here free support are limited.
Sometime there are wrong settings or server issues.
Each server are different and have different configuration.
