There are no online operators at the moment, please leave a message
I'm trying the hosted option.
When operators are offline users get the message
"There are no online operators at the moment, please leave a message"
However... there's no box to enter a message into!

Please configure your offline form fields in "Start chat form settings"
E.g url in demo https://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_ad … rmsettings
