First of all I should mention: Awesome work overall. Thank you.
To the question:
Is it possible to have the whole customer chat service forwarded/transfered towards 3rd party IM system such as Skype/ICQ or similar messenger?
I've been searching around and I'm aware about the notification system that may be used, but I've got requested direct chat between customer and helpdesk via any kinda messenger tool.
Could I have missed something (perhaps a plugin), or it is currently impossible?

Hi,
At the moment there is only desktop client with native support. And few options for notifications like XMPP, email messages etc, but no direct communication.
