Department Name in Chat Window

Some agents are responsible for multiple departments but when a chat request arrives they cannot identify what department was selected when initiating the chat request. 


If this functionality is not included please let me know what the bounty / cost would be to add this functionality.   I'm sure other users would also appreciate this feature.

Could you be more precise where your agents cannot see to what department has come a request. Like in back office the last one string is a department name.

In this example the "Default" is department name.

All of our agents use the web version of LiveHelperChat.
The current system requires the agent to..
- identify the chat session number- locate the main LiveHelpderChat tab where the agent logged in- find the chat by session number- obtain the department name- find the customer chat window- resume chatting with the customer
It would be easier to display the department name inside the window.   We are happy to pay for this functionality when you have time to implement it.   This is not an important feature.
