stop chat and transfer to human

Hi all,
I'm trying to transfer a chat from bot to an operator. I've used the trigger but I've a problem.
Using email's field, if I write ***.com, the chat is transferred, but if I change email address with {content_1} (variable passed from a server) chat still remain in the bot.
How can I solve it?
