Bot with Twilio

Hi,
I installed the twilio module and now trying to make it work with a chat bot.
I want to set the bot in a way that when a user writes a letter, it will run a certain trigger and continue the chat flow.

For example:
(customer interacts with phone through whatsapp): "Hey!"
(the bot answers automatically): "Welcome to the bot, type '1' to start troubleshooting, type '2' to chat with an operator".
(customer types a message): "1"
(bot): "Let's get started, is the problem in x or y?"... and so on

Is there a way to do such a thing?
