Sound doesn't work in new chat

Hello,

I have created a new chat via api rest, and doesn't ring the bell sound in my user's session . This happens on Mozilla or Chrome.

Curiously, if i create a new chat message by api rest, i get sound both for Mozilla and Chrome. Even with the browser minimized.

My actual version LHC is 3.71.

Sorry to hear you are having issue with new chat notification by API; for that you need hear remdex the developer that maybe is busy and as not yet answer here.
You can try maybe also to contact on Discord channel
