Show Need Help Tooltip or Automatic Invitation, when Chat is offline.
I searched in the docs and the whole forum but couldn't find this case. Is there a way to show Need Help Tooltip or Automatic Invitation, when Chat is offline?

Hi,
1. In offline scenario need help and proactive invitations are not shown. But you can setup department online hours so widget would be online always. And using bot on chat start you can tranfer chat to pending if there is online anone or just show offline form. If interested i could prepare example for that
