User opens multiple chats instead of single chat
Hello.
I have an issue that user creates new chat instead of opening already existed.
Could you write all possible cases when LHC creates new instance of chat widget, instead of opening an existing one?

Make sure you have correct domain value in your embed code.

I do not understand how this affects the fact that the user starts a new chat session, instead of opening an existing one.
You meant that correct domain value?
