Voice messages

Hi, I tried to use voice messages (Livehelperchat 3.29 and followed the manual on YouTube. After I finished I tried and get this error: "Sorry but voice messages are not supported on your browser!" I use google chrome Version 80.0.3987.149 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit). The same procedure on smartphone with android 9 (chrome same version and firexox 68.6.0). What could be the cause?
Postscript: If I try the Demo-Version voice message works in my Browser. Maybe that helps

I used 7.2, now I use 7.4. But the same result.

Hello, I am really insterested in this tool i think is very good, I am having the same problem, I am testing on my local and I installed a https certificacion, added on .htacces this instruction to manage was file AddType application/wasm .wasm, and I couldn't resolve the issue, all the time i am triying to send a voice message the response is Sorry but voice messages are not supported on your browser!" . I tested with chrome, Mozilla and Brave and i have the same problem , I tested with your online demo with the sames browsers and works perfectly I don't undesrtand what is wrong. Could you help me please.

I am usgin apache2, php 7.2.4 and MariaDb

Well, without site itself to hard to say, but HTTPS is a must...

Hello, yesterday evening I fixed, It was aeasy I only added in the /etc/mime.types  this   application/wasm      wasm,   reloaded apache cleaned chae in the browers and works perfectly

Dear Remdex
Regarding voice message, I find that if ClamAV antivirus ClamAV antivirus configuration feature is active, the user is not able to send voice message, so is there any chance to trust mp3 files in ClamAV antivirus?

You should ask ClamAV not us...

Remdex, as ClamAV is built-in in LHC , so i was thinking that maybe it's possible to access ClamAV to trust .mp3 files. by the way thanks for your response .

You mean you are using clamAV for visitors uploading files but it does not allow to upload voice message from visitor? and are you sure you allow to upload mp3 files in general per tutorial?
