Hi everyone!
Hope you having a lovely start of the week, I have been trying to find response for my question in the topics, unsuccessfully
We have several departments set, with a series of agents in each department. We are encountering when a new chat comes in, only one of the agents per department (+ administrator) receives the notification, and can take ownership of the conversation.
I have been juggling the configuration to try to find the way the notification is displayed simultaneously for all agents in that department, once again unsuccessfully
Any user having that same struggle that could share some thoughts on how to make the change necessary?
Thanks in advance!

As standard all operator should see pending chat.
If the issue persist please try to upgrade live helper chat to the latest version 3.28 but you will need also an updated PHP version.
Suggested version 7.3 to avoid issues.
