won't install

Hi have downloaded the master zip
unzipped put in folder name IHC put this in browser after my domain name IHC/index.php/site_admin/install/install
but page is blank nothing happens

I'm sorry to read you are experiencing issue on the install process.

What version of PHP are you running?
I suggest to use a green supported PHP version https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

Also check your server eeror log. You can also check the forum FAQ or the documentation for see what to do when you see a blank page. In the documentation you will find how activate debug, in the forum FAQ what do if the page is blank.
