is there any way to disable Pro active chat invitations from MOBILE?
My Pro active chat invitations work fine for all devices, but I want to disable the pro active chat from mobile users.
Is there any solution?

Hi, you have to edit the pro active and be sure the box "show on mobile" in uncecked like in this page on the demo.

okey I don't have it. My version is very old. I cannot update the livechat, because once I update livechat it required to update PHP, MySQL everything. Thats why I didn't update yet since 2017.
I think I have to find from code and add a condition to calling pro active chat section.

If you have an old version you can have bug or security issue.
I think in old version of LHC mobile pro active is not supported.
