Geo detection in agent chat window

Hey,
I have geo detection available, and still in agent's chat window it shows me it's not detected.

I tried in the demo admin here and it's the same.
so, what should be shown there? and how can i make it active?

Hi nightf ,
you need check Geo detection settings:

live helper chat settings, live help configuration (tab), geo detection configuration

than check also the tab Map location where you probably need an API from Google Maps.
