Hi. I'm having this problem when clicking the "Set webhook": Telegram returned an invalid response! Please review your bot name and API key.

Thanks for the feedback, but it did not help .. Does it have to do with "https"? In my case the LHC is hosted on "http".

I don't think is an issue of http or https but don't know as i do not use this extension.

just one last question, I promise I will not disturb you any more.
Is it possible to use the telegram as the operator's own channel? would be useful to provide emergency support in cases out of hours when the operator was not on the computer. Does the LHC have anything that might work like this?

As i never developed the Telegram extension and also i never tested i cannot answering to your question.
If you believe there are an issue with the extension or you have a question about the extension you can try to open a GitHub issue.

You can set ( in the department options) to be notified by email if a chat still be pending without a reply.
