Multiple operators and ding sound!

Hi
first of all thank you for the great software.

I have a problem understanding how new chats are assigned to operators and how can I control them.
When I have a clean installation with only 1 admin user, everything is OK and when a new chat arrives, a "ding" sound is played on my browser,
but when new operator users are added after a while no sound is played and my pending chats tab is empty.

I need the "ding" sound to play on all operator browsers when a new user starts a chat.
