Hello
All my attendants currently view all active chat. Is it possible to see only his chat?

regarding your issue you can consult the documentation:

How to disable operators open already accepted chats from their departments?

If this cannot fully help you have to see the permission of the operator and system.

Thanks for your help!

Currently I work only with one department, only for IT. But now I will use it for the clerks for the client. I have to create the departments right? Today I do not work with departments for the client.

Is you that decide if you need one or more department.
Usually have two or more department help to manage better different argouments and staff (operator).

I can help if you have a general basic question about the live chat the rest is in your hand as this is a free opensource project smile
As told if you need more customized help you can find with the commercial support.

If you are new on live helper chat i suggest to take your time to read the documentation and work with settings smile
