Installation

If I am understanding correctly. I copy the full contents of the downloaded files/directories onto a folder on our server. But when I try to run the install like this, http://www.oursite.com/livehelperchat/index.php/install/install     I am getting 404 Not Found error. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Installation

I forgot to mention, I put the files in a subfolder and we are using nginx. However this install is on a domain that has a main website. Do I need to install on it's own dedicated URL?

Re: Installation

Thanks Remigijus, I took your advice and opened a new URL domain and dedicated it to the LiveHelperChat and it is working fine now with the nginx configuration.
