Pro Active Chat Invitations Question
Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to set it so when the pro active chat invitation pops up, to allow for the customer to put their name as well as the message? All the invitations come in as Visitor and gets a little confusing. - Thanks Dan

Hi,
At the moment i ques we can only force to enter an-email username field is not possible at the moment. The reason this window was intented to keep as simple as possible. You can fill feature request in github.

I posted it on github. I don't think people would want to enter their emails.
