2 questions: minimum PHP version and session time for user

Hi,

I have 2 questions.

1) In this last version, 2.77v, which is the minimum version of PHP to operate it?
Is that information in any doc that I haven't seen?

2) My users are complaing that if the stay away, after a few minutes they got logout.
Is there a any to change this time?

Thanks.

Minimum PHP should be, at the moment, version 5.6,
last PHP version are 7.1

You can set this kind of option in single operator profile or globally on

settings
live help configuration
chat configuration
misc

the option is: "How long operator should go offline automatically because of inactivity. Value in minutes"
and
"Track all logged operators activity and ignore their individual settings."

Hope it helps,
wish you a nice day!

Re: 2 questions: minimum PHP version and session time for user

Thanks for the reply!

1) My current version of PHP is 5.3.2 and my current version of livehelper is 2.39. Do you know what erros that I'll get if I update livehelper?

2) The 2.39 version of livehelper doesn't have the options you gave me, right? Or it does and I couldn't find it?

Thanks.

Re: 2 questions: minimum PHP version and session time for user

dpcomp sorry, no support for old PHP software and for old LHC software.

Use old software is dangerous so you need have minimum PHP 5.6
than you can follow the upgrade procedure after done a full backup so in any issue you can get back.

Upgrading - general tutorial

Have a nice time!
