Only authenticated clients/customers should be able to start a chat.

Hi

I have a  couple of apps where i wanna embed this chat. I want that whenever a customer starts the chat he should be authenticated on chat as well because it's a separate territory. Right now whenever we land on the page we can start chat without authentication. Are there any guidelines from your side to do it in a certain manner or I should try to code myself? My personal liking is that every customer's authentication should be verified in chat as well before he can start the chat.
