Hello, Probably in the language file, in french it's like that : <source>Our staff is always ready to help</source>      <translation type="unfinished"/> . Change the text.

thanks Frank.  Still can't find any directory names languages, or 'concrete".  There is a translations folder, but no English file in there.

Ok few things.

1. English language are in templates, there is no separte file just for english, like english is the main language.
2. It's hard to understand about what exactly place you are talking about without a screenshot.

3. you can find out where text is located by executing github searchhttps://github.com/LiveHelperChat/livehelperchat/search?q=Our+staff+is+always+ready+to+help&ref=cmdform

After you find out it. Just use template override and do not change default files.

Need help?   "Our staff is always ready to help".    It' right there is the widget on the bottom right of screen in the green box with the operator image.  No screenshot is required.

I just wanted to change it to 'our FRIENDLY staff is always ready to help.  The github search returned nothing.
