Adding new admin to Chat
Good morning,
I've got small question. Today I wanted to add my friend as a helper. Ive created new account, he can now login and he can see main dashboard.
but..
When somebodys is opening chat, information about it comes only to me, he isnt getting any information, sound, option to join this live chat.
What I am doing wrong? DO I have to setup some aditional options?

You need edit your friend profile and assigned the department in the profile right tab
