How to use invisible position of widget?

Hi everyone,

Live helper chat has a possibility to embed widget in "invisible mode", exactly it is Invisible, only JS API will be included. How does it work, when the user can see chat widget? Widget is hidden from page by default when widget is embeded in this mode.

When the user can see widget is as you can see at livehelperchat.com

You should look the site and the demo smile

You have also opened a topic here: https://forum.livehelperchat.com/viewtopic.php?id=1881 where I told is not possibility, at the moment, have an invisible widget, you can only have invisible widget when chat is offline and this can be selected when you create the Embed code.

Umh... I don't know. You can try IT for see if is what you are looking for. If is something to configure with API I don't know how this works, sorry.
I cannot assist you on this, maybe only chat owner or user who know this what is or use API can help you.

You can try to generate this Embed code and see if work as you want.
