XML/JSON Can you get the current user's user id?

Hi, I'm trying to pull all the chats assigned to the currently logged in user from the active chat list and I see the user_id in the json data that I can use to filter that, but I can't seem to find a way to get the user id of the currently logged in user.

When chat is transfer to other user, entries in lh_transfer table are inserted but at the same time message receive at receiver side, entries in lh_transfer table are removed.
What is the function name who perform this functionality? I am trying to find in lh.js but i not found that function. Can yo tell me the function name?
