To know the working of lh_transfer table.

When chat is transfer to other user, entries in lh_transfer table are inserted but at the same time message receive at receiver side, entries in lh_transfer table are removed.
What is the function name who perform this functionality? I am trying to find in lh.js but i not found that function. Can you tell me the function name?

Hi Munib,
thank you for your post in the Live Helper Chat Forum.

I had see with the last new version of LHC and the new look now if an operator transfer chat you can have some issue sometimes to understand where other operator are informed about this transfer chat. Also may be difficult (from my point of view) find messages received from chat : operator to operator.

Your issue is quite technical "I am trying to find in lh.js but i not found that function." and I cannot help you with this issue sorry,
hope you will find the right way to resolve your issue.
