I created a new department and i would like to appear above some departments already created.How do i go about it to sort departments?
Is is possible for department to have sub departments so my users can go directly to the agent rather than the whole department

Sorry, sub department are not supported at the moment.
Have you tried to enter in the department and edit the 0 value of priority?

Priority seems not solve the order issue.... umh.....
seems for me is not possible order department for now.
We need a reply from remdex.

seems the priority is for order the department but tested on the demo and seems not work.

Now departments have new field called "Priority, used for departments sort" so just set this field to number you want.
