Hi there.
Experiencing a bit of a strange issue where if one of my agents answers a chat, it stays in the Pending Queue.
This doesn't happen for any of the other agent and as far as I can see they are set up exactly the same... Any ideas where I might have gone wrong?
I'm sure it's something I have overlooked...

I ques, your agen have chosen to be in invisible mode
There is an eye icon at the top of toolbar
