Hi again! Just wanna ask where can I find the query that is executed by resume button in the customer page?
I just need to tweak it a little bit. So that if the operator that currently handling the customer goes offline, the customer will be redirected to another Operator automatically if he/she press resume button.
Thanks In Advance.

Hi,
In general you do not need to tweak it. There is option in chat configuration to resume chats as new request. In any case if you want to tweak.

On click this button just redirects user to reopen chat. Just see url and by url you will know to what file it goes.
E.g chat/startchat goes to modules/lhchat/startchat.php

I'll check it first sir.
If I set the option to resume chats as new request will it be redirected to other users whether the last operator is online or not?
Thank you again for you response.

Yes, it will redirect whatever... Like your specific case is operator who was having chat online or not and if offline resume as new chat is not implemented. But it's good idea, I will try to implement it.
