Changing the shape of attendance

Has as make a client to be automatically redirected to an operator after choosing a department and the chat operator is accepted and open automatically?

I expressed myself wrong.
What would like to know is if would have at the time that the customer opens a chat, this chat be accepted and open automatically to an operator.
If not, has how I implement this function?

Yup!
We are interested in using your tool in our company more to this would have to do some implementations, such as this doubt that had posted. And we would need of the technical support. How does it work?

2. As for commercial support it works like that

2.2 Then i write small Google doc spec for our thing.
2.3 Price estimations
2.4 Payment
2.5 Stuff implementation
