Install WURRD Support

I have been looking at using the mobile app WURRD, and the instructions suggest installing a module onto the server first.

Im using the paid option of LIVE HELPER CHAT ($9 month)..... could someone advise how I can install extensions as I dont seem to have any kind of access to the relevant server folders?

WURRD is not an official app developed by live helper chat so I cannot assist you. If you do not have server access you cannot install any live helper chat addon plugin

I understand WURRD is not supported.

however, to setup wurrd, and many other extension, you need server access.

I have purchased the 'Premium' Liver Help Hosting from you.  With this hosting I am unable to install extensions and make modifications?

Ok so you are using the hosted version of Live helper chat!
Now is more clear to me.

In this case I suggest to ask to the chat owner directly as you are paid member.
