Problem with chat widget - google chrome

Hello

I'm trying to use the livehelper chat but I'm experiencing some problems with the widget.

when testing the website in chrome browser, the widget doesn't appear. i can'rt access the chat widget. it's not visible.

This problem it's verified in mac os.

are you able to reproduce the issue also in the live helper chat website ( https://livehelperchat.com/ ) ?

The issue can be your Chrome browser,
a reset of the browser is suggested for see if the issue is solved.

Hi, I've been having the same problem. I've tried several solutions

1. Launching LiveHelper Chat from softaculous on my web hoster (Siteground) - chat embed (page embed) shows nothing

2. Launching LiveHelper Chat from Bitname launcher on BOTH Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services - chat embed (page embed) shows nothing

3. I then signed up for a paid hosting of Live Helper chat on the LiveHelperChat.com website - I can NOW confirm the chat embed (page embed) does work

For the first two attempts (both my hosting server, and Google/AWS) - I tried on different browsers. Both Firefox and Chrome showed a blank page. I was attempting to get the Chatbox to work in a page embed. I can confirm it did work as a widget embed.

When using LiveHelperChat.com as my host - it worked fine.

An addendum - LiveHelperChat.com has a NEWER version of the service than is available on GoogleCloud/AWS/Softaculous - makes me wonder, is the javascript files on the first 3 services I tried not working, or is the service going through an upgrade?

thank you for your message.
As I told here the livehelperchat.com hosted version is an older version.

Seems you do something wrong or you have hosting issue because there is no issue with livehelper chat and Chrome,
from what I know. Maybe you do something wrong.

Are you able to see the chat widget on livehelperchat.com on the bottom right?
