Why online chat support agents?
Is it actually important to hire offshore chat agents I mean there are many additional modes of communicating with website visitor's as well. We can also communicate with our clients to call and give prompt responses.

Wanted to say that, Is it really important to hire chat agents who communicate with the websites visitors or we have many other way to communicating with our website visitor's like on phone call?

Phone call is at the moment not supported, maybe can be evaluated in the future. This has been already discussed... also consider that live helper chat is a free open source so ... is different from commercial products also if I love so much and for me are the best live chat.
It's not easy to maintain an open source project... means you have to work in your free time after maybe 12 hours of work.
Hope you will enjoy all live helper functions.
For call or videocall at the moment you can use other canal like Skype or other solutions.
