Change the identity of the operator according to the url

Best regards, I need to change the name of the operator according to a url because it is necessary to use in several different pages and that has in all the same name is not suitable, please some suggestion? thanks for your help

Seems to me from what you described in your post that you are looking for something not supported by live helper chat.
Live helper chat is a live chat for give support to your visitors. There are no operator URL, you cannot have an custom URL for reach one specific operator.
You cannot identify an operator from URL or according URL.
