Remove some Admin chat options

Hi,

We really like LHC and our Customer Service team are finding it easy to use.

I want to edit a template to remove some of the options in red in my screenshot, where do I find these in the files please?

Live helper chat is an open source, free support are limited and customization is not object of my support... for this maybe there are the commercial support but you can take a look into the official documentation if you have doubt or questions .

What you can do for customize admin theme is here:

If you navigate into the settings you have also a css sections for customize your admin part.
If this is not enough and you still need help for customize the look out of the provided settings,
