Remember Me in Login is not working

Remember me options in the login section is not working , can you please help me on this.

First of all I want inform you that your live helper chat version seems to be not the last one.
I suggest you to made a full backup of your installation (directory and database) than update.

In any case seems you are not using a too old version.
Log-in remember function can not working on your case for different reason. First can be an issue with your browser or PC settings in fact some software can be set to not remember cookies when the browser is closed and this has nothing to do with live helper chat ... means I cannot change this but maybe you need discover what settings are erasing cookie on your PC.

I do not think can be a server side issue in that case.
Try to use another browser.

Try please also to see if the same issue occurs in the demo of the live helper chat:

Hello, also with the same problem, I tested a demo, just like in other browsers, and does not save the login after logging out or closing a page and opening it again. Other systems they use normally. I'm cokm one last version so chat, recently downloaded.

After logout your login will be no more valid if you express use the logout link.
In my PC and Firefox no issue, when I close the panel with me logged in the system then I put off the PC and on again I AM logged,
so I AM unable to reproduce the issue.

The demo is resetted every some minutes or hours.

You can try to reset your browser or test in other browser clean from plugin and add on.

Yes, I activated the password save function in browsers, so it saves normally, if you only have one user saved there, it worked right there.
